Hack the Bar is a bartending school that started on the floor. From 2008 we serviced San Diego Gaslamp rooms — The Keating Hotel, The Merk, Minus 1 Lounge, Patrick’s Gaslamp Pub, and Away — and needed a way to know who could actually run a rail. That system ran inside those houses. A signed representation. A house record. A decision before Friday night.

This site is that system, taught as a school.

Students finish Shift Ready and Mixology Lab, then sign a Passport. Houses look the record up. The only new part is hackthebar.com.
